Our experience with Spencer Harvey was mixed. Louise was brilliant at the start - friendly, helpful and gave great advice, and the house sold on day one. Unfortunately, the service went downhill from there. Details were listed incorrectly, viewings were organised without our knowledge, and once we had a buyer, communication pretty much disappeared.
