Spencer Air did a great job installing my new AC! Justin spent a lot of time and was very patient with me in figuring out my new system. I am very pleased with it. Everyone who comes out to service it is always very professional, polite and thorough. Jamal came out this time and did a great job!

This company is great! They fixed my ac unit on my roof that my contractor dropped the ball on. The entire company and all people that have been to my place have been knowledgeable and helpful

We have been a customer of Spencer Air Conditioning for over 10 years. Rudy showed up early to replace a capacitor so that our air conditioner would work properly. They also service our units every 3 months, change filters, and make sure they are working efficiently. The technicians have a great attitude, very friendly and knowledgeable. When I make a call to the office, Tammy is pleasant and always willing to get a technician out as soon as possible. *****

This is my first time using their service. I must say I am very happy with the price, quality of service and professionalism of all the staff I interacted with (Justin, Oscar and Tammy). Spencer's aircon is BBB A+ and Angie's list certified for good reason.

We had Rudy A. come to do our spring check up and he knocked it out of the park. He was so polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. He is the reason we trust and will continue to use Spencer! I wish all service professionals were as awesome as Rudy

Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc., installed my units in 1983 and have been my only servicing technicians since that time. Over the years, I have experienced excellent customer service from Tammy in scheduling, Michelle in billing, and when speaking with Donna. Their two best techs are definitely David and Jamal. Both men are professional, intelligent, informative and never leave a mess behind, no matter what task they perform.
