Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc., installed my units in 1983 and have been my only servicing technicians since that time. Over the years, I have experienced excellent customer service from Tammy in scheduling, Michelle in billing, and when speaking with Donna. Their two best techs are definitely David and Jamal. Both men are professional, intelligent, informative and never leave a mess behind, no matter what task they perform. I have been a customer of Spencer Air Conditioning for a long time. The whole staff is excellent. Today my furnace went out without obvious cause. David was out to the house promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently and at a fair price. He is experienced, professional and courteous. Today was typical of Spencer's performance over the years. I highly recommend them!

Spencer's Air Conditioning and Heating are the best! I have used them for years and never hesitate to recommend them to family , friends and neighbors. They get the job done and know what they're doing. Not only did David install my new unit about 8-years ago, he continues to do the summer and winter maintenance service calls to ensure it continues to work great!

Johnny did a great job. Called when on his way, introduced himself and got the fall inspection done quickly and adequately. I have used Spencer for years and always satisfied.
