Great company! Justin came out on a Sunday of all things, totally unexpected! Had the installers here on Monday and up and running quick! Can't say enough good things about Oscar how quickly he had us back in business on the install after they showed up EARLY to get it done!!! Our tech, Ramiro, was professional, respectful and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. The cost of doing so was a little steep because it was an "emergency" call made on the weekend. Because of that I was charged an additional $150. Oh well, what are you gonna do? We need cool air. Anyway, I would recommend Spencer and I would call them again for any future a/c issues I might have.
I am very happy with the work Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating did to replace my old Units. I am especially very happy with Justin Shelhorse who was the 1st Rep from the company that came to discuss price etc with me.
