He was pleasant, seamed competent and efficient. He was also cooperative.
Spencer Air always provides professional and timely customer service. We placed a call during "after hours". The tech arrived within 30 minutes. He identified the problem and fortunately had the part available. The problem was fixed within 30-40 minutes. We highly recommend Spencer Air Conditioning and Heating.

Charlie and the team at Spencer Air Conditoning are top notch and really care about their customers. We purchased a complete heating and a/c system for our home a year ago, and unfortunately had a failure in the system that required replacement of two major components that are currently hard to get with inventory shortages no fault of Trane.
