Our family has been with Spencer Air for over 25 year. We purchased a new unit 3 years ago. The equipment is working great. Spencer Air is who we call for all our heating and air conditioning concerns. Thank you to all their techs. So friendly and professional. Spencer is a part of our family.

Spencer Air always provides professional and timely customer service. We placed a call during "after hours". The tech arrived within 30 minutes. He identified the problem and fortunately had the part available. The problem was fixed within 30-40 minutes. We highly recommend Spencer Air Conditioning and Heating.

Charlie and the team at Spencer Air Conditoning are top notch and really care about their customers. We purchased a complete heating and a/c system for our home a year ago, and unfortunately had a failure in the system that required replacement of two major components that are currently hard to get with inventory shortages no fault of Trane. Kudos to Justin S******** who spearheaded the original install and the subsequent repairs. He was in contact with Trane and kept them Informed of our concerns and expectations. This is an outstanding company. The service, respect and scheduling is above the rest. I have used this company for over 20 years. They take care of all my rental properties and both of my homes. . I have used Spencer for years. David C****** is my service representative. He is always on time, professional, courteous, and 100% knowledgeable about equipment and the care and maintenance of equipment. I always specifically ask for him. He is the best part of Spencer!!
