Charlie and the team at Spencer Air Conditoning are top notch and really care about their customers. We purchased a complete heating and a/c system for our home a year ago, and unfortunately had a failure in the system that required replacement of two major components that are currently hard to get with inventory shortages no fault of Trane. This is an outstanding company. The service, respect and scheduling is above the rest. I have used this company for over 20 years. They take care of all my rental properties and both of my homes. . I highly recommend Spencer Air Conditioning for all of your residential a/c and heating needs. It is a pleasure to finally share my market place experience. I have used Spencer for years. David C****** is my service representative. He is always on time, professional, courteous, and 100% knowledgeable about equipment and the care and maintenance of equipment. I always specifically ask for him. He is the best part of Spencer!!

Jamal was responsive and honest regarding my heating problem. He could have sold me a thermostat I didn't need but recommended a reset technique that worked. He came twice and charged for one service call. Refreshing to have a technician who is honest and dependable!

Spencer Air did a great job installing my new AC! Justin spent a lot of time and was very patient with me in figuring out my new system. I am very pleased with it. Everyone who comes out to service it is always very professional, polite and thorough. Jamal came out this time and did a great job!

This company is great! They fixed my ac unit on my roof that my contractor dropped the ball on. The entire company and all people that have been to my place have been knowledgeable and helpful
