The computer sat unused and when I came back from my trip I looked at it more closely and discovered it was not my PC! The screen was cracked, the main case was cracked and certain identifying stickers were missing. Also the wall power connector was flaky and the ability for the machine to hold the power connection was intermittent. So my hard disk is sitting in someone else's broken PC. When I brought this matter to the attention of Speedy Tech, they denied any wrong doing.
When I threatened Mr. Sahimi with disputing the $300 credit card charge for the repair, he said he would see if just maybe they had "accidentally" given my machine to another customer. That was 3 weeks ago and he hasn't had the courtesy to call me back. I mean he is so arrogant he thinks the customers he has cheated will just roll over and go away. I have disputed the repair charge and will never pay it. I am now taking the time to expose these lying thieves for who they are, a bunch of shady crooks with highly questionable ... read more
Doesn't it seem a bit odd that three seemingly different people posted nearly perfect reviews for this company on the same exact day? Hmmmm.....more shadiness from Speedytech again it seems. I flat out don't trust these guys..
I took in my sony vaio laptop and i picked it up that afternoon when the repair was completed. They really do have same day service and I see why they are called speedy tech cus they were SPEEEDY! My laptop was full of all these spyware and viruses. geek sqaud said they have to erase EVERYTHING!!! no way! Thanks guys! Sadie Alfaro

I went to geek sqaud and they don't know what they hell they are doing. Speedy Tech is amazing! They are really nice over there and they know what they are talking about. They fixed my computer in a few hours. Geek sqaud told me TWO WEEKS!!!
Don't trust these guys. They took FOREVER to fix my laptop and then shortly after I found out that someone had tried to use my information (that I ONLY had stored on my laptop) in order to steal my identity. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS WATCH OUT!!!!
