Speed screed laid my screed on 21st July. It looks great and the company promised that the screed would be dry enough for floor covering to be installed in 2-3 weeks. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. 10 weeks later and the screed is still not dry enough. In the meantime my build has been held up, I have had to find alternative accomodation and have been generally inconvenienced. Just saying, research before paying a premium for a 'fast drying screed'. It has been a sharp and, in lots of ways a very expensive, learning curve.
it was supposed to be 5 star but obviously google was having a go slow on that day, just corrected it, hope it sticks this time, i would not trust google as far as i could throw them
I contacted Andy Parkin wrt to a trench floor. I got a response a few hours later with some sound advice. I’m in Durban South Africa and really appreciated that he took the time to send me a video message… 👍👍👍
