Absolutely vile customer service from Catherine. All we needed was a Statutory Declaration of Solvency witnessing, which for £20 (which is only payable in cash) is apparently far below their grading. Catherine made it clear that she 'was far too busy for just £20'.
Really good law firm. Professional yet friendly and approachable. Quick responses, excellent service provided by Natasha and Rachel. Would definitely use again and have done a number of times. Thank you.
