Spectrum took my family member from a homeless situation and gave them a safe and comfortble home to stay until they found permanent housing. Spectrum have the knowledge and professionalism to give excellent support and guidance to resolve any issues and they do it in a caring and friendly manner. The staff are brilliant and take everything at the pace of the individual they are supporting. Nothing is too much trouble. Spectrum are a professional, caring and friendly organisation. They help when people need it most and continue to help beyond what is expected. This is more than a roof over your head, the support provided while housed with them is unmatched nothing is too much trouble or beyond there 'scope'. Disgusting, they put you druggies nounces the lot, owners dont care you never see them but then when you leave they kick off, try checking Heanor out you can smell drugs before you get there
Ive been with Spectrum nearly a year now, Im due to leave soon to my own place which is scary but this past year all of Spectrum have been amazing, they saved me in many ways, Nikkie, Emma, Sophie, Dom all of you, you picked me up when Ive been down, you looked after things while I was in hospital ;-) , you given me great advice, you listened to me, you supported me when cried and most of all you have brought laughter back into my life an made the smile come back, you have been amazing and I will miss you so much.
