Wow! What a great experience I had. Laura was my field tech and she gave me incredible service. She was very punctual. Spectrum worked fast and they even got the Insurance to cover my fence and patio cover, which the insurance tried to say they wouldn’t cover it in the first place but was clearly damaged in the storm. They will fight to get your job done right!
Spectrum did a great job on our roof. They handled all of the insurance issues, were honest in pricing and completed the work very quickly. There was a manufacturing problem with the color shade in our shingles that wasn't discovered until the roof was completed. They were fantastic in dealing with the manufacturing rep. and in the ultimate re roofing of the front half of our house. We are very happy with our new roof and appreciate Spectrum's ( and especially Heidi's) commitment to the job.
Heidi made the entire process very easy. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would most definitely recommend her and her team.
