My 73 year old dad was approached at a super market about checking to se eif he qualified for "free" service. He signed no forms and agrees to nothing. Provided the address and the n3xt day he received a box with equipment. Called the company and they couldn't "locare" his name. Went to the store and they attempted to dissuade me from seeing g a representative. Insisted I go to another branch. Horrible that the elderly are being targeted for such service scams. Shame on you Spectrum!

Canceled my services and sent the product back within the time frame and they are saying that it just now came in when I sent it 2 weeks ago and another package I had sent arrived on Tuesday, the following week before (within the time frame).They had refused to cancel services and forcing me to activate this phone I didnt even want to begin with. On 7/19/22 I was enticed to switch from ******** to Spectrum ****** under false advertisement. The agent promised a monthly **** of $170 including tv cable, wifi, and ****** services. I found out on 8/4 that was all lied. I was put on hold for 2 hours. **************** is horrible.

We had our roof replaced Laura with spectrum Contracting was very helpful and worked well with us. They also added gutters to our house and is replacing rotted wood on the back of the house. They knew we were on a budget and looked around for wood that matched the wood pattern that was already there so we wouldn?t have to replace the whole thing. I respect them for that and will use them again when we decide to work on the inside of our house.

Laura A. was absolutely amazing to work with. She came out, gave us a fair estimate and the work was done efficiently. While some other bits of the house sustained minor damage during the install, we were warned to that possibility and everything was completely repaired in a timely manner.

Laura A*** was a great help to me for the hail damage Insurance claim. Working for Spectrum Contacting Laura represented me getting a fair settlement, the work was completed on time & with very excellent results. I?m pleased that everything was easier with Laura A*** checking with me & checking the on going work replacing the hail damaged roof, the wind turbine, & the gutters being replaced. Laura was my roofing contractor. She took care of everything with the insurance and made the process very smooth. Very professional and very personal. I would highly recommend spectrum contracting.

Never heard of this company before I talked to the roofing specialist Laura A*** . She contacted my insurance company and took control. I am disabled, and she took care of everything. She was in contact with me while all the work was being done. I can't tell how amazing this women was during all the work. Kept me informed if I had a question. My house looks amazing.
