My name is ************************* an I spectrum cable an **************** I work from home I have no internet an I was told they couldn't get no one here until Friday. I'm in danger of losing my job. I can't not work from for three days I'm very disappointed with the service with spectrum I have had trouble with slow internet to no internet for about a month in a half. They charged me 2 times, for only one phone purchased. On May 9th, 2024, $117.46 May 15th, 2024 $117.46. Then charged me on May 17th for my own phone $49.00, Credit $49.00, May 22nd, 2024.

Mobile contract in question. Bought a phone, in 2 weeks I requested a swap.The original phone was strongly suggested by salesman. Even after I made it known I wanted something else. Made the swap, then informed I had a due date for return of original phone . Made my return by that date.. Spectrum is by far the worst internet service we have ever had. They are the only ones available in our area, forcing customers to put up with their BS. When we first moved in to our house it took them over a month just to come out and hook up our internet. A month! Way to treat new customers. Since then the internet has gone out countless times, you wait days for someone to show up to fix it. The repairman are incompetent. The customer service reps don't seem to care. I had to call three times and talk to 3 different CS Reps in **, WY and **. One was too aggressive on trying to sell all Spectrum services for an unbelievable low price. I only wanted TV since we cancelled other services with Spectrum due to exorbitant random price increases,and chose a more reliable Internet and phone service but lacking good TV. I had spectrum for my cable and I seen what I thought was going to be a great deal has turned out to be quite a nightmare! I seen a tv add about two phones for ***** for a year! I will never be a spectrum customer so stop sending door to door salesman to my house. I got home at 9 oclock at night, after dark, at another salesman waits for me to get out of the car to pitch me their specials (they knock on my door at least twice a week) I have been working since six in the morning and dont want anybody selling me anything at my own house. Its overkill, then I get on phone with customer service to see if there is a do not solicit list and it took 30 minutes to get an answer
