The young lady who conducted my eye tests was relaxed and confident. The optician was thorough, reviewed all my resu including an OCT scan taken on state of the art equipment. He then referred me for a cataract operation to a NHS co-ordination centre which, a few days later, placed me on a waiting list with choice of Hospital. I was highly impressed with the level of personal engagement. I was being cared for. Thank you Dan, and all the staff I met. Sam Knight
