We received reminders to book an eye test which was helpful. The booking process was very simple and I received a text confirming the appointment date & time. Our visit on the day was straight forward, lovely staff welcomed us and checked us in very quickly. We took a seat for a short time and was invited to have an eye test. the staff at this busy branch are polite helpful and explained everything clearly, the lady who fitted my glasses was professional and understanding of my requirements making adjustments to my exact request
