Excellent service. Especially Isobel. Young Irish woman. Clear and concise. Caring.
Very friendly and welcoming staff who were really helpful. I got taken straight away and the service was great. I had come in as I visited a different optician for a work prescription and they got it wrong. Despite querying it several times they didn't offer a retest, ordered glasses and they're unsurprisingly wrong. So I came to spec savers (my usual optician) to get a retest and the correct prescription, she spent time retesting my eyes and then showing me what my current glasses are and what they should be. Great service!
Great initial appointment & service but unfortunately I’m still waiting for my new glasses after 2 weeks & disappointed there was no contact from the store regarding this & I had to follow up with them myself. Customer Service really poor compared to the Inverurie Branch.

Optometrist was efficient and communication between us was good. Young gentleman on reception surprised me by quoting my name on exit.
