I have called 50 times today to see if some glasses are ready for collection amd no answer. Discussing service
I’ve never had an issue here, I always get dealt with very nicely by the staff and optionist, this place is also clean and tidy I would recommend.
Staff was very helpful and gave me lots of advice whilst choosing me glasses and everything went very smoothly, I was informed by email when my glasses where ready for collection
I gave this score because my experience at Specsavers West Bromwich was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming, and the eye examination was thorough and clearly explained. I felt comfortable throughout my appointment and all of my questions were answered. The store was well organised and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I would be happy to recommend Specsavers West Bromwich to family and friends.
