Shocking service. Switched to daily lenses 3 months ago, but they sent monthlies to an employer I left a year ago. Today, I went in to buy emergency dailies for a wedding tomorrow. The staff took my money before checking stock, only to then say they’ll take a week. When I asked for a couple of emergency trial lenses from the back to get me through the wedding, they flatly refused despite the situation being entirely their fault.
