I went upstairs, there was a group of people all jangling, and laughing loudly. This was the staff. One was running through with a McDonald's meal, that smelt revolting,whilst another girl was eating, licking her fingers, then touching the computer. I just thought, how unprofessional. Please, stop calling clients, 'love' or 'mate'. The downstairs staff were useless. I came out without buying any glasses. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I would recommend but would need to influence family or friends to move from there own opticians
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Took time to explain every step of the eye test and the benefits of of the different types of lenses. I felt reassured and confident in my choices.
Excellent service from the staff.
