Very bad customer service. The experience with the optometrist was very unpleasant. He didn’t have much compassion. I came to ask for a prescription to be retested as it’s too strong for my eye and was asked to pay again for the unfit prescription. This was not communicated to me until I’m already half way through the appointment. And, we got lectured or almost like told off by the optometrist about things that are not helpful for me to get the prescription corrected. Would not come back. The staff were polite, professional and very efficient. Alexandra specifically was great, she made sure I got the best deal with my voucher and was a pleasure to be served by!
