Rang Specsavers as my dad had something in his eye and was in pain . We just wanted somebody to look at his eyes to see if they could see anything in there , he’s elderly and we don’t really want to go to A and E as it was 5 pm and the eye hospital was closed . I spoke to a man who just said “we do vision, if it’s pain got to the GP” he was very dismissive. Staff and service is excellent here. I struggled with my contact lenses and all staff, especiall Nigel were all so patient with me - it was never too much trouble to help me, even at a moment's notice when I had lenses stuck in my eyes. Great service and lovely staff. Love my new glasses also
