I have been a customer for hearing aids for some years. Always excellent service.
Fab staff
The optometrist was excellent. Answered all my questions regarding my eye issues with my chnging prescription and the best way to move forward. He referred me to Spa Medica, who have already contacted me for an appointment.
All staff involved with my eye test were superb, friendly helpful and knowledgeable sadly the sales team downstairs were not so on it. The staff member I was handed over too took little interest in helping me select frames, and basically stood beside me holding the clipboard, offering minimal conversation or suggestions. I will say that I found the frame choices to be bland and unexciting.
Testing was fine and straight foreward. Dispensing was not brilliant... Options were not explained clearly or indeed accurately... as the price for reglazing 2 x pairs should have been £70 and not £80 as charged to me! So a refund would be nice!
