Staff are very helpful only place I will use
Had an appointment which I booked before gp referral. 1st call was to book appointment, I told them I have one booked. 2nd call the day after, they were not sure if I wanted it at castle Vale or chelmsley, although I booked chelmsley. 3rd call, the day after that, again asking if I wanted to change appointment date and have it at castle vale, I declined and said I'll keep the appointment that I already booked. 4th and 5th call I missed.
