All staff extremely helpful. Squeezed us in last minute to have issue with eye looked at.
Having had some problems with my first pair of replacement glasses, the issues were successfully resolved. Many thanks to Caroline for her care and patience – and the time she spent in checking, double checking and taking the time to explain the various options. Very knowledgeable and a good experience all round, thank you very much to her and all the team at Bideford.
My daughter and I both needed eye tests, and I also had a contact lens check due. It was wonderful how easily and quickly everything was booked at times that worked well for us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and efficient, with a great sense of humor—making us feel truly cared for during our visits.
