RecommendedI honestly could not have imagined more competence than I received from Dr. Ken and Ashley. Over time they have treated my rotator cuff pre-surgery and post; and terrible pain from bone-on-bone in my neck and low back. They know how to correlate treatment with progress and give clear expectations for stretching at home. Highly recommended!
I have been a chiropractic patient for almost 2 decades...when I should have been seeing a physical therapist instead. Ken and his entire staff are amazing. Ken puts a protocol together specifically for each issue. He hasn't been wrong once. He's my go to now. Thank you to my sister for encouraging me to see him. Game changer.
I first went to see Ken with a hip/knee problem. He quickly identified a weakness in my back and got me on the right track to recovery. I was thinking about skipping a 5K I'd signed up for before my injury but ended up running a record time after receiving treatment here. I highly recommend their services.
Ken really listens to you and figures out the therapy you need rather the the "cookbook" approach typically done at other PTs. He saved me from additional invasive procedures and surgery.
Did great things for my back after 15 yrs of pain. Now I keep flexible with exercise and stretching and consult Ken if I need to.
Best PT I have been to. Very individualized attention and therapy. Takes the time to understand exactly what your issue is, then performs diagnostics to verify the problem and works with you to develop a regimen to deal with the issue. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone needing PT.
On two separate occasions I have had the pleasure of using Ken Keech and his staff for my PT needs. Thankfully both times I got great results. They helped me understand what the issue was and what I needed to do to remedy it. They made sure before I left their care that I had the information and tools to continue my recovery. Ken is the best! From helping with a back issue, to a sacral issue to now an ankle sprain. He's quick and smart and will get you better fast!
