The time keeping was poor! Communication and execution was sloppy too. This company could be good- but I don't think they understand or value customer service. Only hire if you don't have an agenda. Had same problem on pick up. Hours late.
Would not recommend. Took 3 attempts to send me a van that actually worked correctly. At the end of the rental then sent me a email to say I hadn't returned equipment back whilst I actually had and they obviously didn't check properly. Don't use them, save time and money and go somewhere else. Poor service, communication, and no customer service at all!
Rented a pickup with a towbar. Vehicle was great and the company was very easy to deal with.
Really good team here, the process is straightforward and will go above to help you. Been a pleasure to hire from these guys will use again would recommend to anyone.
