Mark is so very helpful,time for customers and has a great deal of technical experience .I damaged my propeller on my outboard and phoned mark to replace and told him what was on it and type of boat and engine so he looked everything up and came back to me with correct prop,He knew without saying anything that with the old prop it would struggle getting on the plane which was correct.Received order following morning.Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.First class !!!! I recently purchased a second-hand 15hp Mercury outboard and discovered it had the wrong propeller. I reached out to Mark at Specialist Small Craft, and he promptly provided the correct prop. However, when I tried to fit it, I realised there was an issue. After sending him photos, Mark identified that a spacer, washer, and nut were missing. Absolutely great service. Called for advice on reducing the Rpm on my outboard at higher revs. Recommended the perfect pitch propellor and now have a perfect balance on my outboard. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great price and supply thank you. Highly recommended
