Mum had a referral about 3 years ago and they have never gotten back to her with an appointment . I think they've lost her referral but if they ever do come back with an appointment it'll be too late at this rate, dementia needs to be caught early for medication to work. Terrible
Well took months to get mum assessed I was told I would get a report in due course still few months on no report even after requesting again nothing somum can't have meds I don't know best to help it's blooming awful I will never recommend this place I wish we could go elsewhere but she's in care home now really upset

My mother is under the memory service and the support I get from the unit is second to none. All the staff are very welcoming and mums consultant Dr Ashraf makes her fill very safe and shows so much caring towards her treatment and I cannot thank him enough for all the support he shows us. Thank you. Then onto Karen and Lou who I could not say thank you is enough because they are two very special people in my mums life and of cause mine. They are always the two people I can count on and there are no words to say how grateful... read more
