The engineer attended on three occasions and weren’t able to find the source of the leak. I incurred over £1500 in leak detection costs in the end without any clear evidence on where the source of the leak could be and had to get another leak detection company out in the end who found it in one appointment. The details of the report they provided were also suboptimal and not thorough enough.
