The one star reviews sound accurate with what I'm currently experiencing - rude, unprofessional and gaslighting manager. Paid high fees for them to identify and repair a small ongoing leak which, not only did the fall to find, they made worse. Water now POURS into my downstairs neighbour's flat if the shower is just switched on due to, what has now been found, to be a cracked shower tray.
