I came to Sparks to get my cargo e-bike through a cycle to work scheme. The service was friendly, helpful, and amazing from start to finish. When I went to pick up my bike, it was all set up, charged, and ready to go. I have been back since to buy more accessories since then.
Top notch service. The owner is really invested in giving you what you need and he is super nice to talk to. Great guy! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a real solution to their bike problems (& more ahah)
I had an issue with my bike’s chain and gears, but Sparks Cycles helped me out and completely resolved the problem. It was a wonderful experience! The owner is incredibly polite and an amazing person. I initially told him I would collect my cycle in three days, but when I called the very next day, it was already ready for pickup. Great service and quick turnaround — highly recommended! ❤️
