Did a good job, but just been told they cannot help me any longer after two visits because my flat is too difficult to get to and there is no parking. Very disappointed. If I was running a business (particularly of this kind) I don't see how you can turn away customers because it's just too much effort. Whatever happened to work ethics

Extremely difficult to get hold of them. Having eventually managed to, and having received and agreed a quote, they said they would ring to confirm a date the next day. Eight days later and still waiting for that call, despite having left messages on their landline, sent a text to their mobile and sent them an email. If they gave me a date now, would I trust them to turn up? No! Would I be able to get in touch with them to find out why? I very much doubt it. If there was a choice of no stars that’s what I would have chosen. I don’t understand how there is good feedback as I have called yet no one answered the phone. I have left my name and contact number on the answering machine but been ignored. All I can think of is all the feedback is fake & it’s a bogus company.
