We have been using Sparkle Tech Window Cleaners since their inception. Without a doubt, it is among the best family owned businesses in the valley, The family owner is *****. I had the privilege of meeting ***** and his oldest son on their first visit. I could not have been more impressed. They did not honor the quote that they gave me, which was in writing on email. They gave me a quote for exterior and interior cleaning, but since I said that I don't need all of the windows cleaned on the inside they sent me another quote that only included 4 windows on the inside. They said the price was the same for the outside and inside. I replied that I might need more windows cleaned on the inside and they responded that it was not a problem. I’ve been a customer for 10 years and have always had a positive experience with this company. Last year they did my rescreening and I am delighted with the results. The crew is always professional and efficient and I wouldn’t consider hiring anyone else.

I have used them before and was very happy, however in trying to book another appointemnt the cost of services has increased over 300% from $135 to $450 and the sales person was rude and unprofessional when trying to book and appointment and understand the pricing. I would hope this is not indicative of their service but my experience so proceed with caution if considering this company.

Terrible, rude and service! I was given a quote that wasn’t honored initially. I was also told there was a “free 90 day touch up offered with my service” when I called to redeem this I was told it is no longer offered and that I didn’t pay for it (I was told it was included in the service as it has always been for the past 3 years with sparkletech. When I questioned this, I was interrupted. I asked them to listen to what I was saying and told my ***** ***“go find someone else to wash your windows”.
