<p>Technician fine. Their business model less than consumer friendly. Due to an unexpected medical appointment today we attempted to reschedule our appointment yesterday. We were advised we would be charged $50. 00 cancellation fee to change our appointment. When technician requested payment we were advised a 4% fee would be added to cover the bank fees. Customer was informed of cancellation policy fee and fees for credit card processing on the day she set her appointment on the phone in addition to that she was sent a confirmation of her appointment date and time with all terms and conditions to her email and text and on the day of service the customer is also sent another email and text with terms and conditions.
