I requested an appointment to have my windows cleaned before Thanksgiving and received a response which stated " Unfortunately we don't do anything less than $350 now". When I inquired and explained that I had been a customer since the beginning, the messages got more and more rude. I even asked to speak to *****, the owner. They never allowed me to speak to him. Scheduled appointment August 26 for services on November 15 between **** am. Had responded to multiple messages regarding great pricing etc. had used company before No one showed November 15 during time allotted. Multiple calls later person handling phones called owner and he said all appointments under $350 were cx..think this was news to her too.
