10.24.22 BAD experience with Sparkle Tech Window Washing. After texting a quote for $175 a week ago Saturday, confirming $ and scheduling job for Friday, 2-5pm and receiving a text confirmation at 11:47am on Friday, they just didn't show up. No answer on text or phone Fri pm or Sat am. No answer on phone Monday until about 10am when I finally got through. The receptionist said, "So sorry" about mix-up on Friday, and rescheduled for Monday afternoon 1-5pm. At 11:57am, I received a text from a new number saying it was Sparkle ... read more
