Terrible practise, patients are just a number, was loved here from college rd surgery just before Covid, I never see a gp as buy my medicine from pharmacy for me and my little one, but have only ever been seen by a clinical associate, I have not been told or advised who my GP is who is liable or accountable, the staff pass the buck when it comes to appointments they have the answer machine on a loop for the medical secretary, staff have no empathy and the practise sends out mis information apparently I’m a diabetic ?
