Terrible customer service. Went today around 430pm. We had a big party as we were celebrating our grand-daughters baptism. We were turn away by 2 female hostess and 2 other males because they said they were all booked up. The place was half empty but they still refused us. Even as other smaller party's walked in and were sat down with no problem. Just terrible! Completely disappointed!!
I was apart of that Christmas party Sergio Perez attended. My experience was just as bad as his. I got food poisoning and the stomach flu from them... Because of their 15 layer lasagna. I missed 3 days of work from that thing. Service was horrible my lasagna was cold. Felt like I was eating Stouffer's pre-made crap. I do not recommend Spaghetti Warehouse to anyone.
Great service, staff was courteous and friendly. The manager Mr Robert Leflore very helpful and friendly. He is also retired military.
Worst place I have ever been. Cold food, rude staff, and to top it, they were running out of food so they gave us whatever they wanted without asking us. I will definitely let as many people as I can know not to visit this place.
Tonight was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE we have EVER gotten at a restaurant! If we could give them NO STARS, we would!! We came to have a nice, relaxing evening with my family, some whom were visiting from out of town, and we got the complete opposite of what we had been hoping for. First off, we didn't get any silverware until AFTER we had our soups & salads. OK, hadn't been there in years, and the first thing that caught my attention was the nasty smelling carpet, the smell reminded me of an old movie theater. Second, the table was so disgusting, table top was bubbled up and spongy. Third, Fettuccine Alfredo was void of any flavor. I really like the restaurant. It has great atmosphere and great location, and I have some very found memories at Spaghetti Warehouse. However, I really don't see the family and I going back for while.
By far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The service was horrible and after two bites of our meals we noticed something wasn't quite right. After complaining to the waitress the response given was "yeah, I noticed the food looked bad, but I'm just the server"! And to top it off, I only made it to the parking lot before getting extremely ill!
BEST FOOD IN SAN ANTONIO! Forget ALL of the bad reviews that are on here. I've been going to eat at Spaghetti Warehouse since I was a baby, and each time I go it's remains the same... Delicious. If I could eat there breakfast, lunch, and dinner I would! I now live in El Paso, but when I visit SA, I HAVE to go to spaghetti warehouse. Love the wedding soup!
