So we decided to celebrate my nephews Birthday party at Spaghetti Warehouse. Big mistake. They had one server (ONE SERVER) for a group of 28 people. The food was not that good either. They offered us a banquet options and price of $16.25 a plate which includes a drink. Said that we were going to make it fun. NOT! When they gave us the bill. They were trying to charges us $22.50 a plate. Me, not happy. So I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he would make an adjustment. I loved our waiter he was so nice and brought out our food really fast and the restaurant was so clean and the manager was so kind to check up on us too
There's one thing worst than bad service and that's no service. I was seated but never attended to. So I got up and decided to order from the bar. Couldn't get anyone to take my order there either. So I left. Used to be my fave place. But that's just the worst--being ignored. I see why the parking lot looked so empty now.
Food, atmosphere & service was great . Took my family out for a Sunday late lunch, which probably was a great time of day to check it out . Will return soon .
The food is awesome and so is the wait staff they might take a few to sit you down but other then that it's great.
Came here for lunch today, service wasn't good, soup came out cold, my daughter's chicken was burned. Not happy with today's visit.
Awesome food, great staff, excellent service! It was a random restaurant we ran into while visiting SA, and it was a fantastic surprise.
We decided to come here for lunch today since we haven't been here in awhile. We got the ultimate feast for two and it was really good! We had that with couple of Long Island iced teas to wash it down. Are waiter was Jesus and I gotta say we haven't had such great service in a long time like we did today, so I'm glad he was our waiter. He definitely deserved a good tip. Thank you Jesus for such great service! We will definitely be coming back!
Came for Father's Day. Service was horrible. The waitress didn't listen when we placed our order. The food was obviously premade to save time and the bread was burned. Management didn't care when we complained. It's too far to drive to have sub par service. Only one time have we had decent service and it's because we complained and they wanted to give us "VIP" treatment to make it up for the horrible service we always received in the past.
