A special thank you to the management and staff, especially Laura and Destiny for their attention to detail when we brought our high school band (280 students) to the restaurant on a Saturday night. Our students really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. This is an annual tradition for our band and they look forward to it every year. Thanks again for making it a great experience for us.
My wife's favorite. Service and food was great and always we took half home . Great prices also.
We went in Saturday Oct 29 for afternoon lunch. There was a total of 4 with one wheelchair in the party. I notice the note on the door said their small elevator was out of service and to use the side entrance, which had a ramp. This was an inconvenience cause it was clear on the other side of the building. We informed the hostesses (notice more then one) we would be going to side entrance so we could get in. My 6 year old daughter wanted her bday party here and they put us in the trolley. She had a blast ! The staff was super nice. Food was great! The best part was the server helping us out. He was polite and attentive. Best experience there so far!
Took my husband for his birthday food was cold when it came out service was bad server tried to tell us how to break down our bill and how we was going to pay he also gave us attitude saying little slick stuff out loud they was out of fries and vanilla ice cream for the kids just bad will never go back and it was my 1st time going
Overall appearance of the restaurant on the outside appeared to be very runned down and falling apart and the inside wasn't much better. For a multi franchise chain you would expect better maintenance of a building. The service over all was questionable at best and the waiter kept breathing heavily on me and a frirnd of mine to the point we could tell the hygiene of the stores employees isn't of much importance to the management dtaff. Our service was excellent our several was great. He make sure we were ok can't remember his name but he had a batman on arm. It was my granddaughter birthday and the whole staff sang happy birthday even got the whole people involved too
