Although we waited for a table for 30 minutes it was Worth it. Our hostess sat us on The Train I Love trains. Once we were seated it was a smooth meal. My neal was cooked perfectly. Love the Ambiance . Friendly Wait Staff. The wait was due to Fathers Day which is perfectly understandable.

Everything was awesome! I had eaten at the one in Dallas and was impressed. I've been in San Antonio for a year and had no idea you had one here. I saw this place on my way to downtown. I actually made a uturn to eat here. I think it was actually even better this time-which I didn't think was possible. My server was Jesus (pronounced Hey zues) he was on top of refills and knew his menu for great recomendations. He was probably the most efficient and personable waiter I have ever had.

We keep coming back after we are promised by management that changes will be made and of course trying to give them the benefit of the doubt we go back and well today broke the camels back because after waiting for our food for a hour after placing it we had to return my son's meal because the shrimp in his Shrimp Alfredo was cold and semi raw and so we return it and had to wait another 20 minutes you become very aggressive. This place has a old smell... The lamps need a cleaning probably have dust from the 50'... Been waiting for drinks for over 20 minutes... Not good... Boo with the service she should've knew that they were oit of items on the menu... Plus menus were nasty... OMG never again will we be back... Guess I'll try out the food...

Despite all the horrible reviews a coworker and I went to try this location out anyway. He had never been before. We called b4 we went they said no wait time. Got there and no hostess helped us a nice waitress came and helped. On top of all that our food was horrible. I was very disappointed especially since we aren't from here we expected more. We'll never go again. Good luck.

Hospitality Manager, Morgan was Great! Waitress' hands were tied when 50 minutes later, no spaghetti or fetticuni, so this is what we are left with. Macaroni noodles.

Food was good but employees need to know what specials are happening! March 15th was Spaghetti and Meatballs celebration. Server kept saying 'only on Wednesdays!' Wifi was not available to pull up the coupon ad! Had to pay full price due to ignorance! Informed employees produce happier customers!
