What's on my mind Facebook is the suck-butt service at Spaghetti Warehouse San Antonio today. Ok, I eat at this place a bout 8 to 10 times a year. With over 4000 restaurants in the metro area, I don't need to eat every meal here, but the 2 hour wait for a table for 2 at Olive Garden is not on my "bucket list". Today at the warehouse, I tried to get in the Houston st. door and it's locked AGAIN ! This is a fire exit door and 12 noon it should be unlocked. Noticed recently that the food quality has gone from mediocre to bad....Very disappointed with the grill chicken & broccoli with garlic butter sauce. First, chicken was dry with no seasoning, there was no garlic I could taste and it felt and tasted like generic olive oil instead of butter. Since there was no seasoning on anything the broccoli & mushrooms were overpowered by the very bitter spinach included in this mess. Horrible food n I had a twist tie n my water, the waiter didn't offer to get us something else until after I reported it to the manager... Never will we eat here again..
