Worst experience...had enjoyed the meal somewhat but waiting on ticket and them for her to return was rediculous... restrooms are disgusting dust piled on mirrors, toilets clogged walls smeared floors. Need i say more
We had a wonderful time. The food is always tasty and I'm always glad I came.
Awful. Drove 40 min to SW. This surely couldn't be the place people raves about. ....Chewy chicken parm. Mediocre pasta. Not to mention the wilted brown salad complete with gnats in the dressing. Showed it to my server and got an "o. Sorry" if I could have located a manager I would have asked for a refund. We left it all there. Won't be returning.
Big shout out to Art and the staff!! They did an amazing job when we recently had our daughter's graduation dinner there! Great food, awesome service and wonderful hospitality! Thank ya'll so much for making this dinner so enjoyable! Fabian & Amy Martinez
The food was good......the service was excellent.....BUT......if you are disabled or have a handicap like I do, you are going to have a problem negociating the 5-6 stair steps to get to the dining area. Yes.....there is an automated ramp, but I was told it was broken. So....this establishment has no way to accommodate anyone with a disability or handicap. And they should! Every company/business is by law supposed to set aside X number of dollars to keep the property up yearly. It was tough for me to get up and down the stair... read more
We called over an hour before we arrived. It took them THREE phone calls for them to answer. We were told no reservation was necessary. We arrived within 30 minutes (approximately 9:00 p.m.). We were made to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. It's now 9:30ish p.m. (They close at 10:00 p.m.). So we are seated and given a LIMITED menu because its EASIER for "them". When brought to the manager's attention, he was indifferent. So we left!
The manager on duty tonight is the worst manager I've ever dealt with...45 min wait, they wanted to limit our menu because they were about to close...we had a party of 15, that server just lost a great tip.
Called to attempt to make reservations, after 3 calls someone finally answered. They wouldn't take a reservation. Half our party decided to go ahead to get a table set up. After waiting for over 45 minutes we're informed they ran out of salad, and as they're seating us they give us a partial menu because the manager did not want to deal with all of our orders.
