Catchphrase of the day around here seems to be "sorry about that". Drink order, wrong and delayed 10 minutes. Appetizer, ordered but never delivered, and the waitress had the nerve to try and charge me for it. Main dish,15 layer lasagna, 30 minutes later, but not before asking me 20 minutes after I placed the order if I had requested spaghetti and meat balls. It's time to fire the management and start over with this establishment.

If I could give you minus 5 stars I would. Ate there now my wife is sick. Don't waste your money here. Frozen food from HEB is better than this crap. 15 layer lasagna is a lie. Not a true 15 layer lasagna. Spaghetti was in Noflavorville. Attention Spaghetti Warehouse Manager and owner: Fire or retrain your cook/chef. I ahve been all over the country and this was by far the worst wannabe Italian food. Never again will I or anyone I know set foot in your place. First time and I know hard to believe that this is by far the worst experience . I even timed the waiter 9.5 minutes to finally bring me my warm beer . Cold lasagna cold everything and the waiter was rude. I know the east side San Antonio should have known right all and all 4 people and three hours of our lives we will never get back.... Good Italian food is In Chicago, san antonions stick to tacos

Went for our 23rd anniversary since it used to be one of our favorites. We had no water or bread or salad or soup for a very long time. My husband's food arrived before soup or salad, as did 2 of the 4 meals for the table next to us. I told him to put my salad in a box since I thought I was getting my meal (though the salad wasn't with him, nor was the soup). He then brought the wrong soup and my salad in a box. First time there last week & it was ok. The ultimate platter only had 1 piece of lasagna & one piece of chicken parmesan which both weren't big. An four pieces of ravioli and very little spaghetti. Wasn't worth almost $30 for that small amount. Floors were dirty and took forever to seat is which instead of 25 min, turned into almost an hour. Not impressed.

It sucked today for them to be understaff the mangers should of help and so should have the hosts. You don't need three hosts when they are doing nothing and it's busy. Usually I have good serves but today is was just bad. I had to get up and go to the bar for a refill because my waiter was no where around. Management needs help all around. Lot people where saying as they left that it was there worst time there.

Beautiful food, great service and very original surroundings! 17 layer lasagne was fantastic. Loved all the retro games in the bar too. One of the definite highlights of our visit to San Antonio :-)
