We were there yesterday the food was ok but the waitress was not friendly at all and looked like she did not want to be there. The waitress service wAs not good.
The food was good, but the service left much to be desired; my wife requested a table with a 25 minute wait, when we checked on our status, they couldn't find where she signed up. Our server didn't seem to know what came with the entrée such as salads, we had to inquire if salads came with meals, and had to read my daughter's children's menu to learn her meal had a side dish. Saturday December 17, 2016 we arrived. Went to the host she said 15 minute wait . Went to the bar took 15 minutes just to order a drink .. waited for the drinks and they gave are table away.. the waiter pre was good . The food was good . The bathroom was a disaster .. the bar was trashed ..
The food is great. We will go back the next time we are in San Antonio.
They have horrible service. We waited an hour for food and they were out of alot of things. It wasn't even a weekend or late in the day. They served tables around us who were seated After us. I believe they forgot to put in our order. They ran out of canoli ... We have tried to go there 3 times out of 4 they have been just awful. They even ran our debit card for the wrong amount . Our Waiter did not listen to the order that was given , Some of the food was really cold. when ask why there was red sauce on the ravioli instead of the Alfredo sauce ordered the Waiter said that is what it comes with unless ordered. Well it was ordered with Alfredo sauce. and then to be cold that tipped the scales to a Fair and not a good or great. Will not recommend or return
Food was okay, no parking had to pay for parking for my own reception. Had to cut our own cake even though was supposedly included. Only one server for almost 30 people.
