Unprofessional Following a quote they said they could do the job, kept me waiting for a date for weeks eventually I called to chase it up already knowing they wouldn’t be coming . The secretary spoke to them and called me back with excuses.They had no intention of completing the job but kept me waiting when I could have gone elsewhere and had the job finished in the time I spent waiting. Quoted my elderly mother £250 to do the front and back garden to include weeding, dig out fern trees etc and (most importantly) take away all of the rubbish. They arrived at 9.30am and left at 2pm including a break for lunch! My complaint is they denied being asked to dig out the ferns (even though this was the main reason they was called out and why she agreed the cost)! They also told her the van was full and couldn’t take any more of the rubbish?? I think this is disgraceful and didn’t do what they promised to do. Being e... read more

Recommended this place to a friend. They said too busy on another call & would return my friends call. That was a week ago, guess what? Still waiting.
