Unclean property upon move in. Terrible communication and response towards maintaining the property (severe mold, damp, water coming through the floor). Moved out after 6 months after failure to respond to issues that meant it was unsafe for our round child. They retained part of the deposit and did not follow the deposit protection scheme guidance for returning. We did not receive an invoice for cleaning or proof of needing to retain deposit.
