Service and communication was 10/10. Mark and Suja helped me through the entire process and I must say they are top professionals!
Dodgy Agency that handles checkout process unprofessionally and unfairly. They wanted to take most of our deposit, had to claim it via dispute service (only 12% of what the agency requested was retained by them, mostly due to our gesture of goodwill). One of the agents harassed my sister.
I’ve had such a positive experience with Space Lettings & Management. Having rented for 13 years in the UK, I’ve never come across an estate agency team so supportive and professional. They helped me find exactly the accommodation I needed and truly exceeded my expectations. I’m really grateful for everything they did, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Very poor experience with a letting by space. They did not check the conditions of the room before I moved. The room was dirty, there was mold on my shelf in the fridge the general state of the room was clearly not taken care
