Had a problem with my hot tub lossing water ash came out on friday and diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day have now filled it back up and all in working order again

Brilliant service! Alex text the evening before to confirm the appointment, arrived at the agreed time, polite, friendly and professional. Identified the problem within 15mins! The culprits were 2 blown fuses but what impressed me most was the efficiency and honestly! Booking the tub for a service with these guys! 100% recommended
Just a short addition to the already high praise given to this company. A long term problem left by a “gone bust” supplier which I thought meant our hot tub was redundant, was corrected in under two hours. As others have said Steve on his first visit came up with several options (all costed so no hidden extras). We can’t thank you enough for your fantastic customer service and repair. After contacting the company we initially purchased our hot tub from and them not being able to give us any idea when they could assess the problem you rearrange your engineers diary to come out quickly and repair our pump very quickly. Ollie the engineer was very friendly and knew his stuff. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends with hot tubs. Thank you.
