I love spa illuminata because all the treatments are still gentle and comforting unlike most places these days who do too much painful medical treatments. They do lovely hot stone massage. Great place for gift vouchers.
Had a great massage here in July and marked it as a favorite. My massage therapist was lecturing me on an American con artist but the massage was good I was set to go back anyway. Made the next appointment for tomorrow and they “guess the confirmation went to the junk folder”. So-we shall not be going back here for those 2 reasons.
Outstanding in every way, the Spa atmosphere is so nice and relaxing with exceptional service. I had an amazing experience with lovely and professional therapist. Definitely will come back and would recommend this superb place.
Excellent facilities and hospitality, will visit again
I had an excellent experience at Spa Illuminata, my therapist, whom was from Romania, tailor-made a facial exclusively to my needs. Since I have returned to Dubai, my skin is still glowing from her techniques and expertise. I only wish I knew there was a steam and would've enjoyed the facilities prior! I am extremely pleased with my results (and thank you to the courteous reception team) I will gladly be returning to Spa Illuminata!
