Called face to face to discuss options around a new Ti Elan bike. Despite being short of staff, they were willing to discuss various options offering advice, and allowing me to test ride a couple of bikes, before making a final decision. Have now taken delivery of the bike which fully meets my expectations. Can't say anything but positives about Spa. I sent a couple of enquiries via email and they responded quickly & gave me the info I needed. Decided to pull the trigger on the aubisque. The frameset is beautiful & was delivered very quickly, headset & cable stops already fitted (free of charge!). There was a small paint chip on the fork (barely noticeable), spa were proactive and rang me ahead to make sure I still wanted the bike & offered me a discount for the inconvenience - top service all round!
Bought a pair of touring wheels several months ago. The wheels are excellent value for money, and have been perfect. I made a request regarding postage timing and this was dealt without fuss.
Had a small issue with a dynamo which was sorted with minimal fuss. Very easy to deal with. No hesitation in recommending them.
