Handled a theft poorly and horrible customer service.
It's a little unorganized. I wish the staff gave us more directions when we arrived. I was very unhappy with the gym. Both treadmills and the elliptical are broken. Most of the tables to eat lunch were low and very uncomfortable to sit at. As far as the pools and saunas they were lovely. Overall, I had a good time.

It's a clean and very relaxing place to visit. I would definitely go back. The food was Delicious and they have everything as far as rental bathing suits.

my family enjoyed the stay . it is a nice place to relax and have fun at the same time . recomemded for those that have small children .
T'was a great experience with my Mom. Twas her bday. We had a great bonding celebrations. Love the Sauna, food evrything... Its so relaxing and a great de-stressing way. Its my second time there. Overall, I had a great time. My Mom had an amazing bday moment with me.Keep up the great job
